Prayer Support

We often hear that prayer doesn’t cost anything. This is not true. 

Intercession is costly, it is not just to mention or think of someone in passing, it is an investment of time, which is a precious resource.  

Prayer also costs us our expectations; instead of seeing something or someone through our own lens, it is by spending time in God’s Word and then seeking God’s face at the throne of grace on another’s behalf that we begin to see them and their circumstances through the lens of God’s Word and with an eternal perspective. God gives us the grace to be able to respond with His heart for them in intercessory prayer. 

This is the type of prayer support that they need from God’s people. 

• Pray for protection from spiritual attack .
• Pray for encouragement and clarity in their calling.
• Pray for strength to do the daily tasks at hand. 
• Pray for wisdom and direction from the Holy Spirit.
• Pray for a continuing desire that nothing be done that does not bring glory and honour to our Heavenly Father.  
• Pray for those whom God will send to be ministered to.
