A small family entrusted with a big vision, the Scotts desire to steward the calling and gifts God has given them by encouraging and equipping families within the body of Christ.

Sam and Amy Scott live on 140 acres in the Ozark foothills, where God placed a clear calling on their hearts early in their marriage: to create a place where His people can come to rest, be ministered to, and be renewed. From the beginning, they envisioned building cabins and dedicated spaces where families and individuals could step away and be refreshed in the Lord.
Sam, a mechanic and builder by trade, also carries a passion for equipping others with practical skills. Their ministry includes hands‑on training in mechanics, construction, and alternative energies—skills that will support missionaries abroad and strengthen believers in everyday life. This vision grew from Sam’s time on the mission field in Mexico, where he saw firsthand the practical needs many missionaries face.
What began as a slow, self‑funded plan quickly became a step of faith as God made the urgency of the work unmistakable. Sam and Amy adjusted their work lives to fully embrace the calling God placed on them, giving their primary focus to the ministry He entrusted to their family. Today, they serve full‑time in this calling—hosting families, offering workshops, and preparing for the construction of cabins and training facilities as God provides. Their desire is simple: to create a place where God’s people can be refreshed, equipped, and encouraged.
"For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again." 2 Corinthians 5:14-15
Sam’s parents, Preston and Joyce Scott, also live on the farm and serve as faithful co‑labourers in this ministry. Their steadfastness in the Lord has been a vital part of all that God is building here.
"The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way." Psalm 37:23
