In 2022, Sam and Amy stepped away from traditional income to follow God’s leading into this ministry. It may not make sense from a human perspective to leave financial security in order to take on a costly endeavour — and building a retreat for God’s people is indeed costly — but God made it clear that this was what He required of them. He would be the One to make a way.
Since that step of surrender, God has been faithful to meet every need, both small and great. His people have been generous: from unsolicited financial gifts, to mechanical items and vehicles Sam could repair and sell, to materials, tools, and supplies needed for construction. At every stage, God has provided through the obedience of His people.
Sam and Amy desire to steward well what God has entrusted to them. They are transparent about their needs and are grateful for anyone who prayerfully considers supporting the ministry. If the Lord leads you to give financially, you may contact them directly or support them through their local church.
